Every crushing and screening plant requires at least one vibratory screen. In adidition to crushers, TSA manufactures many kinds of screens suitable for different applications. Screens are produced in large of size up to 2500 x 8000 mm. Safe guards of eccentric weights, V-Belts transmitting power of motors and cardan shaft have been designed that they may be easily dismantled and reassembled and in perfect protection. In order to be able to replace sieves of screen easily, the spaces between decks have been kept high. Effective washing system has been also integrated into the screens; when requested, all of these models may be supplied complete with the said effective washing system. Screens are available on mobile chasis also. Both models are designed to set up at the site easly and rapidly. Their inspection platforms, stair cases and sliding front chutes are as practical as stationary ones. Vibratory screens are designed for classifying the product in various sizes. They are produced with having single, double, triple and quadruple decks. They have circular throw movements. Vibrating body rests on sufficient number of heavy-duty springs over main chassis. As soon as the fed material contact with the rear surface of the screen, it is accelerated forward, which ensures that height of the material on surface of the screen quickly decreased and homogeneously spread over the screen surface. This operation causes great number of fine materials to be screened rapidly in the first meter and thus, the load of the most loaded screen becomes rapidly distributed and balanced. After the remaining near size material which spread over surface of the screen getting slower has been effectively screened. Vibration system has been contemplated to rise at higher revolutions required by effective screening and to be adjustable easily according to different conditions, and designed to permit easy and rapid replacement of defective components in case of maintenance. Discharge chute may be produced as movable on rails to make wire replacement easier. Easy maintenance was achieved by a rigid platform which extends along three sides of the screen body.
